Dealing with the loss of your cell phone........

I did once, but I got it back the same day, and that was lukcy for me. I dropped in the walmart parking lot, and the person that found it, was an honest person, and fortunately for me, my daughter was with me at the time. My daughter got a call on her cell from mine, as the lady who found it has called my daughter on it since she was the first name in my contat list. I was so happy, that I got it back, but the funny thing of it was, I didn't even know I had dropped it as it fell out of my purse, when I was heading for the store. That is the only time I have lost it. One other time my cell fell out of my purse in the church parking lot, but it fell at my feet so I picked it up and put it back in my purse. I was luckt too, that it still worked, as noting happened to it. Have a great day, and happy mylotting.[em]happy[/em]

sutent good discussion. I am the worlds worst bargainer. I try but I am so sure the seller is going to refuse me, I usually wimp out. I was in a nic-nac store and saw an item I really liked but it was worth more than I could afford. the salesman saw I really wanted it,and he asked' me how old i was.I had no idea why he asked that but I told him my correct age . He said, since you are a senior citizen lady,I will give you a fifteen dollar discount,as its been here for a' long time. That made it super affordable so I did buy it. he then said,you need to know how 'to bargain. I was totally embarrassed. he he he

True Blood: Who's the killer?!!

Well I also live in good old England but I have family in the states so I have watched all of season 1 and am currently enjoying season 2. The show is very different to anything II'vbe seen before and I absolutely love it. It's not completely dead yet. I knit and sew. I like to knit baby blankets for the babies that are born in our church family. I work with one lady that crochets and another lady that makes quilt and sells them in the alterations shop. Good luck with your e-store.[em]thumbup[/em]

There is nothing immoral about a husband and wife kissing each other in public. In fact, I want to see more husband and wife kissing each other in public places. But if those who kiss in public are young people who are not married yet, i pity the young lady for being cheap. That is my own personal opinion and I know that it doesn't represent many. How many times you have helped people not related to you

My mom taught me this belief and i know its true. that when you help out wihtout expecting something in return, it will come back in a thousand folds. And ive help a lot of people in my lifetime, related or not. Some i dont even know. Last week, i was about to cross the street when an old lady is having a hard time walking also about to cross..she walks really slow and everyone is walking fast to cross the street..when i saw her, i went back and assisted her to cross..its not something that you do everyday.. i can just imagine that what if its my grandma crossing the street like that, will someone help her out. So i just imagined that im helping my grandma..

hi phillip; ready or not here I come I am notold, I am a senior citizen which I prefer to old lady, thats a disgusting term used by the young to signify a decrepit old crone drooling on herself, her voice just a whisper waiting to die,dim witted and senile yuck.I am 82, I am not senile,I do not drool, I am not decrepit,I am at least as intelligent as you, and I hate b eing called old, and worst of all, old lady.I do have arthitis but so do many people in their forties.I had never really planned for old age, but here I am and I intend to stay here as long as I possibly can. I am happy, I am cleaR of mind, and physically well which not all younger people can say.I feel great about my age, do you?"

Crafts

I like way too many kinds of crafts. I like sewing, and I am crocheting right now. I like to do art projects with clients that use found objects or trash. I have made Christmas gifts out of tin cans, painting them and filling them with various things, like homemade muffing mixes. I draw the posters for my clients to paint for our downtown community service projects. I would love to do glass work and make candles, etc. I find that my artistic skills have improved as I just try. I also like to scrapbook, although I have done very little of it. I went to a Red Hat meeting and we made Christmas cards, Saturday. We made the ones the sales lady had designed, but I would love to do some of my own designs after learning some of her methods.

Best Game Ever Played

Okay, we haven't updated for a while but here are some moldy oldies...... I absolutely love "Perfect Dark" that was for the Nintendo 64 system. It is a blast on a large-screen TV. No pun intended. Mario Kart for the Game Cube is a lot of fun when playing with others. It is always a hoot to beat all the high school champs and then say, "are you gonna let an old lady beat you?" Them's fightin' words and always gets another game out of them. Sometimes we race until the sun comes up!I hate to admit this one because it's such a dippy game but Animal Crossing is addicting. I have it for the Cube and the DS. I can't put the thing down until the museum is full and I have gold everything. My house is bigger than anything and I have collected everything you can imagine. I haven't played it for a while which means the roaches have taken over!Bet you didn't expect a response from someone...

lady smelling her armpit in public?

I saw her with my own two eyes. This lady, about 25 years old was driving her motorcyle and, holding the steer with only one hand, raised her other arm up and smelled her armpit for everyone on the road to see. What was she doing? Was she trying to meet someone and probably was checking herself if she smelled? Shouldn't she have done that at home so no one could see her doing that? Does etiquette say one should not smell her armpits in public? What do you think of this?
