i am looking at ways to live as cheaply as possibly. hubby has been unemployed since last august and the job future really doesnt look too rosey! for the jobs he has applied to, over a thousand people have applied to the same job (this seems to be the norm these days because so many people are out of work here in Canada!)anyways, i was wondering if any of my frugal buddies has ever dumpster dove. what did you get? what did you do with it? (sell it? give it away?)What about big pick up days from your city's garbage (some places do have big pick up days and people throw out amazing stuff!) what did you get from that? i know a lady who got a great (and very sturdy) desk for her daughter. i have actually gotten a night table as well as a dresser!we seem to be such a throwaway society these days, no wonder so many people are in debt.

Being a Mistress is Great!

Well, i have read this somewhere in a site, the lady is chinese i forgot the site name, somwhat with a china at first with some continuations... YOu can look it up on yahoo (that's where i found it). The lady thinks that being a mistress is great because she is able to do what she needs to do and she was being pampered like a queen by the guy. She said she goes to school with much allowance, goes to party whenever she wants, she even has car given to her and she goes shopping 5x a week! 90 Applicants For One 12hpw Job, Is This What I Am Up Against Now?

Well, to say I am "gobsmacked" is an understatement my friends.Today, I received a "rejection letter" for a 12hpw job I went for at a place called Caritas. I thought well and hard about what I wanted to type onto my online form, then beamed it off to them thinking I had done a very good job.I had, as it turned out. However, I was up against 89 other applicants, many of whom were as strong or indeed stronger than I was in terms of ability and experience. I was not shortlisted, as you can probably gather!The lady I spoke to on the telephone told me she was amazed at receiving 90 applicants for a 12hpw job. She admitted to me that she was "overwhelmed" at the response and that it was an extremely difficult task sifting through them all. Something I would not like to do, I have to admit. She is due to ring me back tomorrow with more feedback and I do trust her to give me good advice...

my brother in law is 46 years old and lives with his elderly mother still. he met this chinese lady and she quickly moved in with them after a week of knowing her, cause her previous landlord chucked her out cause she refused to pay any rent there. then she quickly married brother in law to get perm entry into our country and then she got a job, she lived with him and the mother for 5 years and paid no keep at all towards the costs, she never gave any rent to the mother but when she got her salary she would send money back home to her own family. after she got bored of her husband, she put her name down for a flat and got it on the council. then we found out she got pregnant by another bloke. her stuff is still at the mothers house so we think she is planning to move back there once the mother passes on, cause the mother is quite old now. my brother in law is a right mug, she has...

Are you really comfortable working in the office

I saw and noticed women will have personal attachment with the superiors (men) for want of .....? (no idea) I saw one day lady accountant was with the Financial manager, i got shocked and it took some time to come out from that. I was so close with her before that issue, but after that i started avoiding her even she told me sorry. I know she is so good i donot know really why she did like this. I was unable to see either her face or him. I used to get little irritation, some what unhappy whenever i see her. Such situation if u face what will be your feelings? Girls Week 2 - American Idol 2010 Season 9

Tonigt I watched the Girls week 2 of the American Idol Season 9 and I was totally amazed by the performance of Crystal Bowersox and Siobhan Magnus. FIrst of all Crystal Bowersox was sick 24 hours before the show and she still managed to pull things through and she actually had a great performance. I love the way she sings and feels the songs and her guitar playing skills are amazing. I just hope that she'll stay healthy for the competition because she is such a huge talent here. On the other hand Siobhan Magnus performance was simply superb. She maneged to perform an Aretha Franklin song and it made me think how versatile this young lady is. She sang a high note there and Oh Man! She got it right and it really made her pretty memorable. Such a genius young ladey. I can't wait for Girls week 3 and see how they improved so far. How about you what do you think of the Girls' performance...

The Lady Of My Dreams! i Met Her Again At Same Place. And Still ...

Hi friends, you might be knowing about the lady i met in the supermarket and she kept staring at me and i, being too shy ran away from the place without asking even her name. WOW!! Today is Monday here and offices are back to normal. And yes, the moment Ive been waiting for, to sort out my so called "dilemma"..uhuh.... Since Last Thursday, I got the bad news of not qualifying to enroll for the summer class which is a requirement for me to get to 3rd year college. Since then, I had sleepless night worrying about it and kept thinking what happened to the form that took me 8 hours to have it signed and sorted so that the registration office can have my files complete... I cannot do anything at the moment with it so I was stuck thinking, worrying and sulking... The chances I have that would give me a better life in the future is not going to happen just because these people were not so organized.. I make my grades and they only keep my files.. What's so hard with that? Totally absurd!But then thanks to fiance, He made me stand again for his words of courage...

Yesterday a lady was very upset

I was looking at posts on a parenting website that go to sometimes. It is a discussion site about issues like pregnancy and caring for babies as well as young children. One lady of 27 years old wrote a very worrying post indeed and she had over fifty replies before I saw it. Then the managers of the web site stopped any more comments being posted. The lady was 26 weeks pregnant and she had just found out her husband was having an affair. Her husband left her and she felt really sad. She rang around to ask about having an abortion but she was told that the limit was 20 weeks pregnancy. One of the replies mentioned she lived in South Africa. She was thinking about getting a back street illegal abortion. Members of the website suggested she was suffering depression and needed urgent help. She said she might take an overdose and that she wanted to die. I don't know what happened to her but...

Being able to apply make-up and fixing my hair, helps me to feel very feminine. I love taking bubble baths with body wash and applying lotions and bodymist sprays. I love the smell of flowers and clean smelling sprays,lotions,etc.. What do you do that makes you feel feminine?

I know..some how it feels awkward but sometimes i can't help it. When ever I do go somewhere and see a lady wearing mini skirt or if that's why called it.
