So I got an extra discount @ my work and I found a pair of sketcher shoes for like 60% off & in my size. However they are a silver-gray in color. I'm not sure I like them color wise.... but it is a style of shoe we can get away with at work as a "dress shoe" But would gray color shoes go with black and navy slacks? I'm someone who would say if you are wearing black pants you wear black shoes KWIM? What do you think? Would it look ok to wear them? A lady/customer in the shoe dept said that it would look fine. But I dunno.... all I know is I need a new pair of shoes for work & these are sneaker-ish & we are allowed to wear them.... it's just the color. Food Network Challenge with Rice Crispies Cereal Treats

Okay, I use to love as a child when my mom would make the Rice Crispie Cereal Treats. I would just gobble them up like they were going out of style. Last night I watched a Food Network Challenge on that very thing-Rice Krispie Treats. In this challenge, the competitors had to make famous bridges out of Rice Crispie Squares. They also had to build them to scale. I remember one lady had her Rice Krispie Treats so rock hard for the challenge, that she had to use an automatic saw ti cut through them. Another competitor had to do sugar work for the cables an fine detail work on another bridge. It was so cool to watch, for I never knew that Rice Krispies had that mcuh creative potential! It would be hard to build a bridge, for the treats would be flimsy from the marshmallows holding it all together, ya think? Anyone in the mood for Rice Krispies now? I am!

Feeding puppies

I have been confused lately by how much to feed my 14 week old border collie/beagle puppies. I get Purina beneficial puppy food and when I called the company the lady said to feed them 3-6 cups a day. But when I talked to my daughter who feeds her puppy science diet brand, she says on the bag to feed them about 1 3/8 of a cup a day. So I guessed and I’m giving them a heaping cup twice a day, which means they are getting just over 2 cups; between what the dog food company told me and my daughter. Since feeding them this amount, they are growing, and not too fat or too thin. My husband says that dog food company’s will tell you to feed them more, that way you are buying more of their dog food. That isn’t right, but probably true since the 3-6 cups did sound a little too much.So how do you really know how much to feed your dog? And as they get older, do I have to guess again their...

I love this book. Actually, I bought one, the unabridged... I once read it on a stormy afternoon and I was alone at home. Geez... As if I was really in the story... My mother recently told me that she went to a Medium that her nail lady told her about. I know that she was expecting something special but she was dissapointed. They told her nothing new or special. Okay. I dont think im crazy. All day today it seems like while i was work i keept hearing my name whispered over my shoulder. Twice i felt like someone putting their hand on my right shoulder. I work in a nursing home and alot deaths happen. Matter of fact a sweet little lady passed this afternoon. Do you think im nuts or is it possible i really did hear this? Do you ever hear whispering voices?

I really don't understand why this keep happening to me!!!

A few months ago, we had a package delivered to us through UPS. The package had our address on it, but it wans't addressed to us and it was from the correctional center (yeah, the jail!). When we got the package, I left it outside and called UPS to tell them to come get it and take it back. I had noticed that the original address was not ours, but that UPS had changed it. The original address does not exist so UPS tried to get the closest address to it, I guess which was ours??? So, they came and picked it up the next day.Yesterday, I pull into the driveway and guess what's up agianst our garage??? TWO more packages, from the correctional center! Addressed to the same person. I get UPS on the phone again and tell them to stop sending me these packages! They inform me that they delived them to the "correct" address - well, the address on the box, which they changed to MY address...

Ohh is it really nice to talk this lady in here? Sorry friends but I have to write here that this President of ours is taking another steps to conquer some agencies. I mean she is putting herself to be the leader once more of agencies that is in fact has heads or officers involved. Plus the fact that there are laws already that will make proper alignment to what is really seems to be. She wanted change but her constituents want to change her.
