What/How would you react when a girl proposes you??

In most of the cases I have seen it's the Guy who does the proposal first..to a lady.... I have rarely seen a girl doing it at first..... Want to know why is it the guys to it? If a girl proposes you, (you don't expect it) how would you react? How does a girl put forward her proposal???

A friend's cat has traveled the rainbow bridge

I have an elderly women who is a very close friend of mine. She's in her 70's but to talk to her you'd think she was still a teen. She's as young as they get.About 12 years ago one of her trusted furry friends, at the time, had to travel rainbow bridge. Her family vet took care of everything for her. At that time she said that she was done and didn't want another cat. She said that about 6 weeks later her vet called and told her that he had a semi-feral cat that he wanted her to come and look at. You got it. She was suckered in and adopted Lily. I met Nancy and Lily about 8 years ago. Lily had come a long way from what Nancy had told me, but she cautioned me to very cautious around Lily because she was known to bite you. After a year and six months

I finally managed to get myself back into the real world and got a job. Here is the story:Friday, March 5, I received a phone call from an attorney's office and I thought, "Oh my gawd.. another bill collector got me." As I continued to listen though the lady on the other end says to me that she was getting back to me from an application I submitted to their office for the receptionist position[b]A MONTH AGO[/b]. I automatically said yes to the interview. I figured, what the heck and to just give it a shot even though I am waiting for an approval from something else.The best part of the story:I go in Tuesday morning for the interview at 10:00 am and came out of there feeling very confident that it went well. Do your kids have snack time in school?

In my daughter's school which is an elementary school, the kids have a snack time that is probably about ten minutes each day. The snack time is either in the morning or afternoon, depending on what time the child has lunch and what grade they are in. Every day I pack my daughter a little snack and juice box or water bottle. At least once or twice a week she comes home with the snack and drink and says that the teacher didn't let them have their snack that day. This happened again just yesterday. This has been going on all school year. My daughter's grade doesn't have lunch until 1:00pm which means if they don't get to have their morning snack which is around 10:30am, then it's been 6 hours without a snack or drink until lunch time. I think this is cruel to make the kids go that long. These kids are only in the second grade.I have brought this up with her teacher months ago during...

I remember to watch a TV Show called dating game many years ago while I was still in Canada.The program always invited three guys on the show and let a lady keep asking the guys some interesting behind a block in oreder to pick the guy for her date and win some reward together.Once,A guy came up and by looking at him,I just couldn't hold my laugh.The guy 's face was so comic and always looked like he was smiling with some bunny teeth show up.I think this guy was jsut so funny and he didn't got picked up by the way he talked(He Talked like Bugs Bunny too! and no wonder he didn't get pick up).Have you met someone like thsi before and what about this guy?Share with us?

Was this old grumpy lady rude?

I was at the drug store today and was picking out the eye drop from the drug counter. The first two eye drop boxes look really dirty so after looking at them, i put them aside to the left and reached for the third box. That eye drop box looked good, so I decide to purchase that and I forgot to put the other two back into the place where they were in. I was walking away to go to the cashier and this old grumpy old lady who was watching me the whole time while she was shopping for something else next to me, all the sudden yelled at me really rudely Hey, are you going to put the others back I was WTF. So I yelled back at her YOU CAN DO IT and I walked away. and she didn't say anything back at me. I know that I should have put them back in place, but who the hell is she telling me what to do? A lady with a difficult birth

I have a friend and her son goes to the same playgroup for special needs children as my son. She told me that her son has hydrocephalus and therefore he has two shunts in his head. My son has got hydrocephalus and spina bifida. During my friend's pregnancy her little boy's head grew too large for a normal birth. He was pressing against my friend's internal organs and she nearly died. She had to have an emergency c-section at 32 weeks pregnancy. The surgeon had to cut her tummy right across in order to get her son with a very swollen head out. I was very lucky by comparison. I was worried in case my baby's head had grown. I had a quick and easy labor at home. Do you know anyone that has had a difficult birth with their baby?

It can be difficult to find old friends on Face Book

I have managed to find some of my old friends on Face Book. Often I look for a name and lots of people are called that. Lots of them don't have a photo and then I don't manage to find these friends. I had a look on Friends Reunited. I went to secondary school with a friend which I will call T. T was adopted by a lady with a boy who I will call R and she also had a boy which I will call J and a girl which I will call T2. I sent a message to R and T2. I heard back from R and he said that his family no longer had any contact with my old friend T. He doesn't know where she lives now. It is a shame that I haven't been able to find my old friend T. It must be horrible for her that she no longer gets support from the mother that had adopted her. I can't help but wonder why my friend fell out with her family. Commit a crime.

Lots of people commit crimes and some are caught and others are lucky B-stards(srry the expression). They know the risk yet they do it anyways.Back then there was a time when i would steal magazines, i was young and stupid but i did. I never got caught even though i knew it could happen.Now could you commit any kind of crime knowing you could get caught? Have you ever done this before?What do you guys think about this?

What a strange situation! I looked at the video and pics of what she wore to work and it didn't seem to me to be unreasonable. She is a very pretty woman, but I'm sure she's not the only one. If she is dressed professionally, which she appeared to be, why would they do that?I wonder if she is making something out of it because she wants attention and her firing had nothing to do with her looks?

The definition of lady sure has changed over the years. I don't think that many today know what it takes to be a true, genuine lady. Ladies are classy. Ladies are beautiful. Ladies are rarely disrespectful and of few, but meaningful words. Ladies take care of their responsibilities, their children, their household and their families.
