What triggers my greatest anxiety is my love once being in bad situation.

What really worries me the most is when I might find out that there something might happened to my love once. I usually am an easy-go-lucky type but when it comes to my family I easily panic. I can deal my own anxiety but I just love my parents so much that it really bothers me if they have bad health and stuff and if they`ve been so stubborn in taking their medications for maintenance coz it kinda happened before that I was so lax that I wasn`t aware that my mom had a mild stroke and had to go to the hospital herself without even contacting me. Now, I`m kinda like the strict daughter who is looking for the safeness of her parents and totally triggers my anxiety. Oh boy! How about you guys, what triggers your`s??
